Job responsibilities
Acorns Children's Hospice are now looking for a Data Services Administrator to provide an efficient administration service to the Data Services Team. This is a temporary role for 9 months, working 25 hours per week.
About the Role
At Acorns Childrens Hospice we offer specialist palliative nursing care and support for local children and their families across the West Midlands. We are there wherever and whenever they need us, in the hospice, community and at home. Our services include short breaks for children at our hospices, therapeutic and psychosocial support, support for siblings and other family members, emergency and end of life care and bereavement support.
As Data Services Administrator, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Data Team
- Use the Data Ticket System (ServoDesk) to assign and manage tickets
- Conduct regular duplicate record audits within the CRM system (Donorfy)
- Data input daily to maintain up-to-date records, reviewing and correcting data anomalies or errors to maintain accuracy.
About You
- Experience of Microsoft Excel
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise work and multi-task
- Awareness of GDPR and data protection
What We Offer
- £16,380 to £16,766 per annum
- 25 hours per week (over at least 4 days)
- Hybrid role - based from your nearest Acorns Hospice (Walsall, Birmingham or Worcester) and home working
